Secura is looking for a Senior Account Manager IT/OT Security Services for our Industrial Market Group which is active in sectors such as: Energy / Utility, Chemical Industry, Infra & Water, Food Production, Manufacturing and Transport.

We support multiple (international) customers who depend on Operational Technology (OT). We offer our clients technical assessments, IT site assessments, OT site assessments, training, threat modelling, security awareness, certification and audit services.

For our Industrial Market Group we are looking for a Senior Account Manager IT/OT Security Services. You will work in an organization that is taking the next step in its development. This means that you make an important contribution to the expansion of our IT and OT security services both local and international.

The big challenge in this position lies in your ability to acquire (international) customer demands for our services via direct sales as well as business development.

Consultative selling is your strength, using your knowledge of digital security you are able to sell the Secura services based on the client’s needs. You will work in a committed and collegial sales team. We are proud to sell and deliver our services to our clients to make this world a safer place.

As our Senior Account Manager you ensure:

  • Identifying, planning and organizing new sales opportunities for the complete services of Secura.
  • Writing new sales plans and following them up.
  • In collaboration with our marketing team you develop the Industry Market Group marketing plan from the sales perspective and execute this plan.
  • Writing business articles with an active contribution to social media with the aim to increase our network.


You are a Senior Account Manager with:

  • Relevant work experience in an IT/OT security sales position.
  • A good and recent network within one or more industrial subsectors.
  • A completed BSc/MSc degree.
  • Excellent English (and preferably Dutch) written and oral communication skills.

As a Senior Account Manager, consultative selling is your second nature. You have experience with strategic sales and your network is in all layers of organizations, preferably on board level. Because of your experience in IT/OT security, you know how the market is moving and you have a vision of how you want to develop this market. Above all, you are target driven and achieving above average results gives you satisfaction. You have experience with or at least ambition to work internationally.
