IT Security Master Agreement Stichting Regionaal Zorgvenster, Secura and Pinewood
Secura signed a master agreement with Stichting Regionaal Zorgvenster (SRZ) for conducting IT security investigations for healthcare institutions
Secura signed a master agreement with Stichting Regionaal Zorgvenster (SRZ) for conducting IT security investigations for healthcare institutions in the Dutch region of Delft, Westland, Oostland, Schiedam, Vlaardingen and Maassluis for the upcoming three years. Secura will work together in this with Pinewood. Both Pinewood and Secura share the goal of serving the region as well as possible, and to support the region from a reinforcing point of view.
The healthcare institutions in the Delft, Westland, Oostland, Schiedam, Vlaardingen and Maassluis region have formed a partnership several years ago. The purpose of this partnership is to tackle challenges in the area of healthcare and ICT. Being compliant with laws and regulations regarding ICT security, both on a technical and organizational level, is a good example of a challenge that applies to all the institutions.
The partnership with the formal name ‘Stichting Regionaal Zorgvenster (SRZ)’, offers all participating members the opportunity to purchase a set of information security and privacy services at a competitive price conducted by the best security specialists.
“Under the management of SRZ, we have spent the past year searching for our ideal partner for testing the information security of the affiliated institutions. Ultimately, we have signed a contract agreement with two partners, who best meet the needs of the region” says Eline Loomans, DSW Zorgverzekeraar and secretary of the SRZ.
The following parties were present during the signing of the agreement: Argos Zorggroep, Stichting Regionaal Zorgvenster, DSW Zorgverzekeraar as well as the two contract partners Pinewood and Secura.

The region is pleased with another great joint initiative and is looking forward to discover what can further develop from this cooperation - Eline Loomans.
Secura and Pinewood will, over the next three years, support the region with various IT security services. This service includes a variety of options that have been added to a ‘menu’ by both testing parties. The institutions can choose from the menu which objects of the organisation they wish to have tested and using which method. “This way, an appropriate set of services can always be delivered at any time” adds Eline.
In order to share knowledge and experience, as well as to examine specific topics with the experts, the health care institutions and both Pinewood and Secura will meet each other periodically.
“Together we stand strong” says Harm Vugts, Account manager at Secura. "We are pleased to work together to raise the IT security level of healthcare institutions to a higher level. Care providers must be able to fully focus on their clients; the patient. Secura will help them to create a secure environment and to handle sensitive data in a secure trustworthy manner.”
