Secura Visits Bureau Veritas in Paris!

The big team outing had been long-planned ever since Secura celebrated their 20-year anniversary in October of 2020 and Bureau Veritas becoming the majority shareholder in January 2021, but with Covid waves hitting Europe and everyone's safety being the top priority, the event had been postponed until last weekend. Now, more than a year later, the plan became reality and the excitement was sensible in the air!

After a late evening arrival at the hotel and an early breakfast before heading to the Bureau Veritas office buildings, the Secura-BV Cybersecurity Conference kicked off with a warm welcome from Bureau Veritas' Eduardo Camargo, Executive VP Group Transformation & Business Development and Stéphanie Cau, Senior VP CSR, Brand & Communications. The day was then further filled with interesting talks and fruitful panel discussions between Secura & Bureau Veritas' colleagues. It was great to meet everyone in person!

Dirk Jan van den Heuvel, Managing Director of Secura, then gave an update about the growing collaboration with Bureau Veritas and after an evening full of fun social activities and sightseeing the beautiful monuments in Paris, the team got onto the busses with new connections made, happy tired feet and delicious souvenirs for the home front.
