Senior Account Manager – Industrial Cyber Security Services
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager – Industrial Cyber Security Services to join our Cyber Physical (CyPhy) Group, with a strong focus on the Benelux industrial market. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding our cybersecurity services for operational technology (OT) and IoT environments—working with critical infrastructure providers, manufacturers, and high-tech companies across the region.
You will be joining an organization in a dynamic growth phase, where you’ll take a leading role in expanding our cybersecurity services across the Netherlands and internationally. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll help grow our sales team and drive strategic client relationships within the Benelux industrial sector. Your strength lies in consultative selling, combining deep knowledge of digital security with a genuine motivation to help clients. You understand what drives decision-makers, and you bring a mix of entrepreneurial energy, credibility, and natural persuasiveness that makes people want to work with you. With a strong commercial instinct and a clear grasp of client needs, you know how to turn complex cybersecurity challenges into valuable solutions. You are ambitious, reliable, collaborative, and fully take ownership of your work, perfectly aligned with the values we live by at Secura.
As our Senior Account Manager, you will:
- Identify and create new business opportunities for Secura, focusing on customer needs and market developments both nationally and internationally;
- Develop strong, tailored proposals and close deals in close collaboration with the delivery team;
- Guide, coach, and support colleagues within the sales team;
- Help shape sales plans and go-to-market strategies;
- Actively represent Secura at events and conferences to expand our network and market presence.

Your profile:
- At least several years of experience in cybersecurity sales (preferably both IT & OT).
- Proven track record in key account management, especially within industrial sectors.
- Experience in coaching or leading commercial teams.
- Strong network within the Benelux industrial market.
- Deep understanding of client needs and market competition.
- Reliable, professional in your communication, meticulous in documentation, and confident in forecasting and reporting.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with tenders and complex deal cycles is a strong plus.
