Team Manager – Advisory Services (Cyber Physical Group)

We are looking for a Team Manager – Advisory Services to lead and grow our consulting portfolio within the Cyber Physical (CyPhy) Group at Secura. In this role, you will focus on operational delivery, team leadership, and supporting sales—driving high-quality services in governance, risk, and compliance for OT and IoT environments, including compliance with IEC 62443, NIS2, and industrial risk assessments.

The CyPhy Group secures the convergence of digital and physical systems across industrial operations and connected products, with major delivery hub located in the Netherlands and active across EMEA. Our clients include energy operators, manufacturers, and critical infrastructure providers. As Team Manager, you will help scale advisory capabilities that protect the systems our society depends on.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Delivery: Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and scalable practices that support growth.
• Team Management: Coach and support consultants, fostering high performance and a strong team culture.
• Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Support sales efforts, define growth plans, and shape messaging to strengthen our advisory positioning.
• Knowledge & Leadership: Act as the go-to expert on governance topics, sharing insights through publications, events, and internal knowledge building, as well as strategic advisory for key clients.
• Strategy: Develop and drive the advisory services strategy for CyPhy, aligning OT/ICS compliance and risk offerings with business goals and KPIs.

You are a driven expert with:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (cybersecurity, IT, engineering).
• Several years of relevant experience in industrial cybersecurity advisory or related roles.
• Deep understanding of IT, IoT and OT cybersecurity governance.
• Strong knowledge in relevant standards and regulations such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, IEC 62443, NIS2, and risk methodologies.
• Experience delivering complex advisory projects in industrial sectors (e.g., energy, manufacturing).
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, IEC62443 are a big plus.
• Strong leadership and people coaching capabilities.
• Excellent commercial and project management skills.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus; additional EU language is a bonus.
